HOW TO CHECK IF YOUR DEVICES ARE OPEN TO HACKERS
You use internet right? Yeah its fun and so on, and do you also know that it also has it's own risks, yeah risks to your personal privacy because any device that connects to the internet can be HACKED.
On this post, we would make sure you can prevent that from happening. How?
First you need to check if your device is open to the hacker or not. And this is where I come in.
Bullguard; this is a free internet security software that has an online tool called IoT Scanner.
If it does find a security vulnerability, it’ll give you details of the problem that you can use as a first step toward bolstering your network security. Give it a try. It can’t hurt. Run the Deep Scan if you can.
Note that even if the IoT Scanner gives you the green light, you should know that there are some internet-capable devices that you should never connect to the Internet of Things.
To scan just visit the website by clicking here
Go to the Internet of Things Scanner and click the button Check if I am on Shodan. This is a search engine for IoT devices and it could be used by hackers.

If the results are negative and you aren’t on Shodan, there is a deep scan available. There is a possibility that deep scanning might cause Shodan to index your devices. If you have IoT devices and you’re not on Shodan, you might be after a deep scan.

However, a deep scan is the only way to see if you are really on there. I went ahead anyway.
So that's all for now
