Facebook now lets you log in with a customized physical pin to boast security

Facebook has introduced a physical key to its security measure to allow users to their social network profile.

The giant social media has announced it now uses the FIDO U2F security key - a physical key that's plugged into the USB-port on a computer and is tapped to confirm login, alongside a password to open Facebook.

Once activated, both the physical key and the possible will be needed to log in; a setup known as two - factor authentication.

Facebook says that this key will make user's account "unaccessable" to hackers.

HOW DOES IT WORK
Once activated, both the key and password will be required before the log in can be completed
